Villa El Goce

Location

The villa is located in a very quiet environment on a 3.500 sqm property in La Punta on the sunny west side of La Palma. La Punta has a few supermarkets and bars. Tijarafe can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. There are supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, and banks. The beach of Tazacorte can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Tazacorte has supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies and banks. Hiking trails start close to the house.

Through the terraced hillside you can enjoy a fantastic view at the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains.

Outdoor facilities

The outdoor area offers several stylish designed terraces with modern garden furniture. The heated swimming pool (heating will be charged based on consumption) with counter-current system is oriented towards the Ocean and offers temperatures of 20 to 22 degrees during the winter months. Only while days with heavy clouds it may occasionally come to a drop of the temperatures. The possibility to having a barbecue complete the ambiance of the house.

Bedroom

The villa has three bedrooms. All bedrooms are furnished with double beds of high quality. The bedroom in the main house has automatic (electric operated) curtains.

Living room

The villa offers a spacious living area with fireplace, comfortable sofa area, satellite TV and flat screen. Provided for the electronic entertainment is W-Lan, satellite TV and a stereo system.

Kitchen

Modern, integrated kitchen with ceramic stove, extractor hood, oven, dish washer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, water kettle and dining table with 6 chairs. Coffee and spices for cooking are available to guests of the villa.

Bathroom

The villa has four bathrooms. Towels, bathrobes, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and hair dryer are at guests' disposal.

Others

The villa will not be rented for a stay of less than 4 days. A cot for children up to 24 months and a high chair can be provided free of charge upon prior request. Pets are allowed. An I-Pad guides you through all the important information about the villa and your holidays. Stable hiking backpacks, beach bags with beach towels and a Rother travel guide are available to the guests of the villa. A deposit of 200 euros is required. Arrival 3 p.m. / Departure 11 a.m
