The holiday house Villa la Graja is surrounded by a beautiful garden with heated swimming pool on saltwater base and different, with umbrellas, sun loungers, garden furniture and barbecue, furnished terraces. In the lower part of the garden live free-range chickens. Parking lots are provided next to the house.

Bedroom

The house has two bedrooms. One of them has two single beds which are arranged as a double bed (each 90 cm x 200 cm), bedside tables, bedside lamps, a wardrobe, air-conditioning system (warm/ cold) and a master bathroom. The other is furnished with two twin beds (each 90 cm x 200 cm) which are arranged as a double bed, bedside tables, bedside lamps, a chest of drawers and air-conditioning system (warm/ cold). All beds are equipped with foam mattresses of high-quality (suitable for allergy sufferers). Quilts are provided for colder days.

Living room

Open and bright living room with sofa, swing recliner chair, coffee table, satellite TV, Spanish TV, flat screen, fireplace, air-conditioning system (warm/ cold) and access to the terrace.

Kitchen

The modern integrated well equipped kitchen with cooking island has a ceramic stove with three ceramic hobs, an extractor hood, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a water kettle, a toaster, a blender, a fruit juice squeezer, three bar stools, excess to the terrace and a dining table with four chairs.

Bathroom

The house has two bathrooms. One of them is connected to the master bedroom and is equipped with a walk in shower, bidet, WC and hairdryer. The second bathroom as well with walk in shower, bidet, WC and hairdryer.

Others

The house will not be rented for a stay of less than 7 days. A cot and a high chair will be provided free of charge upon prior request. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and will be changed once a week. Beach towels are provided. An extra cleaning is possible upon request and will be charged on spot. Smoking inside the house is not allowed!
