Description of this accommodation
The apartment is quiet situated in the front row on the beach of Tazacorte. Here you can enjoy the most sunshine hours in Europe. There are only 20 steps to the beach and the unrestricted sea view is amazing. The apartment is on the second floor and consists of a bedroom, a comfortable living room, an integrated well equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a covered, furnished balcony. The complete floor is covered with parquet, and the bedroom and the living room have double glazed windows.
Location
The apartment is located directly on the 1,5 kilometre long beach promenade of Tazacorte and invites you for a sunset walk. The promenade has some fitness equipment and at the end you"ll find a large fishing port. There start boat trips on the trail of dolphins, whales and turtles daily. Nearby are the best fish restaurants on the island. The beach is protected by breakwaters, so swimming is over the year possible. The average temperature in Tazacorte is 23 degree. At the entrance of the apartment house is a small supermarket, a pharmacy and a book store with German literature.

Wir haben 2 grossartige Wochen in dem Luz Y Mar verbracht. Für uns eine sehr schöne, wettersichere Basis für unsere Wanderungen, Erkundungen und Ausflüge rund um die Insel. Wir werden auf alle Fälle versuchen dieses Apartment wieder buchen zu können. Wer allerdings Ruhe und Einsamkeit auch bei seiner Ferienwohnung sucht, sollte sich das nochmal genau ansehen. Das passt dann nicht. Für uns ist das Apartment eine sehr gute Wahl, die wir immer wieder buchen werden.
Immer wieder schön!
Das Apartment ist sehr hell und modern eingerichtet. Es ist für 2 Personen sehr gut ausgestattet und hat eine Lage direkt am Strand. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen mal wieder.
Wir waren zum dritten mal in dieser tollen Unterkunft. Bei der Ausstattung, die noch von Jahr zu Jahr verbessert wurde bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Der Empfang ist jedes mal herzlich und wir werden verwöhnt.
Die Wohnung ist nach der Renovierung noch schöner als vorher.Der liebevolle Empfang durch den Vermieter und die tolle Ausstattung mit Blumen und Wein haben uns wieder begeistert. Wir kommen wieder!
