This restored Canarian-style holiday house is located in the north of the island of La Palma, below El Jesús, in the municipality of Tijarafe. It is situated on an approximately 800 sqm large property, has a living area of about 50 sqm and consists of an open living area with integrated kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. A barbecue area with an outdoor kitchen and seating area, a terrace with sun loungers and parasol as well as an orchard for guests to help themselves to harvest.The idyllically situated holiday house impresses with its unique view at the Atlantic Ocean. The house can accommodate up to three persons. Internet allows free surfing on your own laptop.
Location
Located in the north of La Palma in the municipality of Tijarafe, it is only a 5-minute walk to the nearest bar and to a brewery with a restaurant and beer garden. The next bigger village El Pueblo is reachable in about 5 minutes by car. There are restaurants, banks, supermarkets, a pharmacy and doctors. The bus stop is reachable in about 5 minutes by walk. The access road to the house is partly unpaved, the last 200 m are a bit steeper.

Outdoor facilities
The house is surrounded by a garden with ornamental plants and fruit trees. There is a covered, furnished terrace directly in front of the house. Two sunbeds and a parasol are provided. Behind the house there is a barbecue area. A parking space is directly at the house.

Bedroom
One bedroom with two single beds (each 100 cm x 200 cm), bedside table with bedside lamp, wardrobe and air conditioning. The third person will be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room.

Kitchen
Integrated kitchen with ceramic stove (4 plates), fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, water kettle and dining table with two chairs.
Bathroom
Bathroom with shower, washing machine, WC and hairdryer.
Others
The accommodation will not be rented for a stay of less than 5 days. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and will be changed weekly. Smoking inside the accommodation and pets are not allowed! A cot will be provided free of charge after prior request. Guests can harvest fruits and vegetables from the adjacent orchard.
