Location

On the edge of the village of Tijarafe on the sunny west side of the Canary Island of La Palma, (just north of Los Llanos, the main town in the west of the island) is the Villa Atlantico with breathtaking panoramic views of the Atlantic - half a kilometer away from the thoroughfare in quiet Location, access via concrete private road, no view of plastic-covered banana plantations, parking is created directly in front of the house. The beach in Puerto Tazacorte is about 14 kilometers from the house.

Cancelation policy

In the event of a cancellation, the following cancellation fees apply:

The tenant can withdraw from the rental agreement before arrival.
If the tenant cancel between 60 days and 31 days before the start of the rental, only a fee of 35 euros will be charged of the processing costs.
In the event of a withdrawal from the 30th to the 21st day before the start of the rental period, 35% of the agreed rent will be charged.
In the event of cancellation between the 20th and 10th day before the start of the rental period, 70% of the agreed rent will be charged.
In the event of later withdrawal or no-show, 85% of the agreed rent will be charged.

If a booking is only changed or moved to another villa, a processing fee of 35 euros will be charged.
Exception: If a rental contract has to be canceled or changed due to Corona problems (illness, risk area, quarantine problem), this can be done free of charge upon presentation of the relevant documents. Other written agreements are possible.

If a replacement tenant is named - usually no later than 2 weeks before arrival – a fee of 35 euros will be charged. With the confirmation by the owner, the new tenant enters into all rights and obligations of the rental agreement. Changes are possible after consultation.

An insurance is not included in the rental amount. We want to point out that you should conclude a travel cancellation insurance for the rental amounts (and the travel costs). This means that the costs of illness, death and accident risks are insured. The tenant faxes or emails a copy of the insurance to the owner.

A withdrawal for Corona reasons must be proven by a document. In this case, appointment changes are free of charge.
