The Canarian holiday house Casa Bienes is located on an approximately 215 sqm large plot of land in Las Indias, in the south of La Palma, in a quiet and rural environment. It has approximately 68 sqm of living space and consists of a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. In front of the house is a furnished terrace from where the guests of the house will enjoy an unrestricted view at the Atlantic Ocean. The house can accommodate a maximum of 2 persons.
Location
The holiday house Casa Bienes is located in a quiet area on an approximately 215 sqm plot of land in Las Indias, in the south of La Palma, in a rural environment. The centre with supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and bus stop can be reached within a few minutes by car. The beach Playa Zamora is reachable in about 10 minutes by car. There is a small typical Canarian “Kiosko” (a mix between bar and restaurant) with fresh fish. Other beaches such as the Playa de Echentive, Punta Larga and Playa del Faro which is located next to the lighthouse are located nearby.

Outdoor facilities
In front of the house is a terrace, furnished with table, chairs, sun loungers and umbrella. Guest will enjoy from her an unrestricted view at the Atlantic Ocean. A barbecue is provided and a parking space is located next to the house.

The house has a bedroom with two twin beds which are arranged as a double bed (each 90 cm x 190 cm), bedside tables, bedside lamps and closet. Nordic quilts are provided for colder days.

Living room with sofa, coffee table, satellite TV, Spanish TV and a shelf with books.
Kitchen
Separate, very well equipped kitchen with ceramic stove (3 hobs), an extractor hood, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a hand blender, a fruit juice squeezer and a dining table with four chairs.
Bathroom
Bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer.
Others
The house will not be rented for a stay of less than 7 days. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and can be changed if needed. Smoking inside the house is not allowed!
