This holiday complex consists of 8 bungalows, each of them with one to three bedrooms, and is situated 200 meters above sea level in an absolutely quiet environment, directly above the popular seaside resort of Puerto Naos on the sunny west side of La Palma. Surrounded by a lovingly landscaped garden with a large swimming pool and view at the wonderful sunsets of La Palmas, this is a perfect place for relaxing holidays. The bungalow shown here has approximately 55 sqm of living space and consists of a living room, an open kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a furnished terrace with sea view. The bungalow can accommodate up to 4 persons. Internet allows free surfing on your own laptop. Due the railings and the terraces, this facility is not suitable for little children.
Location
This resort is located 200 meters above sea level in an absolutely quiet environment, directly above the popular seaside resort of Puerto Naos on the sunny west side of La Palmas. You can reach Puerto Naos in 5 minutes by car and there are shops, restaurants, a pharmacy and a bus stop, a bike station, a diving center and a paragliding station. Los Llanos and Tazacorte is reachable in about 10 minutes by car. You can reach by a short drive the popular hiking trails of La Palma and starting points for a bike tour.

The bungalow has a with a table, four chairs, two sun loungers and an umbrella furnished, partially covered terrace and offers views at the Atlantic Ocean. The bungalows are surrounded by a lovingly landscaped garden with an 8 m x 4 m large swimming pool and a sauna. The large pool deck has many sun loungers, an outdoor shower and offers a wonderful view at the Atlantic Ocean. Free parking spaces are available next to the holiday complex.

The bungalow consists of two bedrooms, each is furnished with two twin beds (each 90 cm x 200 cm), which can be arranged together as a double bed, bedside tables, beside lamps and a wardrobe.

Kitchen
Open, well-equipped kitchen with ceramic stove (4 hobs), extractor hood, oven, coffee machine, toaster and water kettle.

Others
The Bungalow will not be rented for a stay of less than 5 days. Bed linen are provided and will be changed after two weeks or on request. Towels and dishcloths are provided and will be changed once a week. Beach towels are provided. Smoking inside the apartment and pets are not allowed! Arrival and departure: Check in after 1 pm, check out until 10 am. A high chair and a cot are provided free of charge upon prior request. The German, English, Spanish speaking owners are at your disposal for questions or wishes.

Das Haus ist Teil einer Anlage oberhalb von Puerto Naos. Die Aussicht ist grandios! Das Bett war sehr bequem. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
Wir waren gerade 14 Tage im Bungalow Moijama 12. Ich selbst komme seit 1989 auf die Insel und habe selten schöner gewohnt. Die Aussicht ist spektakulär, die Anlage mit Liebe gepflegt, es fehlt an nichts. Alleine die Tatsache, dass das Leben unterhalb der Anlage noch stark eingeschränkt ist, hat meine Stimmung ein wenig getrübt. Meine Mitreisenden, allesamt das erstmal auf der Insel, haben dies nicht einmal wahrgenommen, sondern die absolute Ruhe genossen. Da wir die ersten Gäste seit dem Vulkanausbruch waren, hatten wir die komplette Anlage für uns alleine… traumhaft. Den Dank, die Freude und die Hoffnung in den Gesichtern der Vermieter zu erkennen, … einfach unbezahlbar. Ich wünsche den Beiden als auch Maria der deutschsprachigen Betreuung, das bald wieder Normalität zurückkehrt. Das Gesamtpaket dieser Anlage ist einfach nur beeindruckend. Danke auch an Dörthe von La Palma 24.
Eine gut organisierte Ferienanlage mit Pool und Sauna. Alles funktioniert, im Haus und außerhalb. Es ist alles da was man benötigt. Ausreichend Handtücher, heißes Wasser zum duschen, Küchenuntensilien sind reichlich vorhanden. Wäschewechsel jede Woche. Es fehlt an nichts! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Mit dem wunderschönen Blick auf den Atlantik, morgens während des Frühstücks und abends mit tollen Sonnenuntergängen. Privatsphäre ist garantiert. Die Anlage mit schöner, exotischer Bepflanzung hat uns einen erholsamen Urlaub beschert. Anlass zur Kritik gab es nicht. Die Betreuung durch die Familie Gut war persönlich und angenehm.Vielen Dank dafür. Fazit: Wer sich hier nicht wohlfühlt, ist selber schuld,wir kommen wieder.

super Ferienwohnung mit tollem Ausblick auf den Atlantik
Das Haus und der Ausblick waren ein absoluter Traum! Einzig der Weg dorthin schreckt im ersten Moment ab. Sobald man die Anlage betritt fühlt man sich aber wie im Paradies!!! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
Cancelation policy
Cancelles (announces) the tenant the contract before the rental period, without naming a new tenant who enters into the contract on the same terms, are as compensation after deducting the expenses saved, the following prorated rent (excluding cleaning) is payable unless a redeploying rental is not possible:- Until 49 days before arrival: 10% of rental
- Until 35 days before arrival: 30% of rental
- Up to 21 days before arrival: 60% of rental
- Until 14 days before arrival: 90% of rental
- Otherwise (less than 14 days before arrival) 100% of rental.
Nevertheless, the owner is trying to rent the property.
Cancel the tenant to stay off prematurely, he remains obligated to pay the full rental price. A cancellation or termination must be in written form. Decisive is the date of receipt of the declaration by the owner. In view of this possible case, the owner recommend that the tenant have a travel insurance.
