Casa Petra is a detached house, located in a quite area with an amazing panorama view at the mountains and Atlantic Ocean. The house is built in canary style with 60 sqm living space, an integrated well equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, one bedroom and one bathroom. It is individual furnished, has wooden ceilings, lava walls, pergola and a lot of extras. The generous living rooms are bright and offer an unrestricted view at the Atlantic Ocean.
Location
The house is located in a large plot of land (7.500 sqm) very quiet, close to the small village Las Manchas. There are quick shopping possibilities nearby in Las Manchas and in the next village Fuencaliente.
Various hiking and excursion destinations can be found all over the island.

Unrestricted sea view at the Atlantic Ocean and the Island of El Hierro. Amazing mountain views. Fantastic sunsets from the terrace.
Outdoor facilities
The house and the two terraces are furnished with chairs, table, sun loungers and sun umbrella, surrounded by a tropical garden with a lot of plants like gorse, lavender, different kinds of cactuses, lava rock/fields and grill. In front of the house is a parking space.

Wir haben das bekommen, was wir uns vorgestellt haben. Tolle Umgebung mit Blick auf den Atlantik, Sicht auf die Caldera, auf den Roque De Los Muchachos ( um Weihnachten herum in Schnee gehüllt ) und auf die Rückseite des Tajogoite. Gute Erreichbarkeit von Ausflugszielen, Wanderwegen und das Meer. Das Haus ist gemütlich und individuell eingerichtet. Der Garten ist naturgemäß nach der Region gestaltet. Die Technik, wie WLAN, Radio, Fernsehgerät , Musik ( CD, DVD ) super einfach zu bedienen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!!!
Das Haus, ganz im kanarschen Stil gehalten, ist sehr geräumig, super ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht, hat eine herrliche Lage mit Meerblick und einen sehr gepflegten, toll angelegten typischen Lava-Garten. Wlan und Tv funktionieren einwandfrei. Da es etwas abgelegen liegt, ist es total ruhig, aber ein Auto ist unbedingt notwendig.
Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum. Toll gelegen mit unverbautem Panoramablick aufs Meer. Sehr gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet, bietet es alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Die Übergabe ist unkompliziert, wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, und Petra stand uns für Fragen zur Verfügung. Das Highlight des Hauses ist die Schaukel, von der man den wundervollen Sonnenuntergang genießen kann. Und nicht nur den. Wir kommen wieder!
Die Lage des Hauses mit traumhaften Blicken auf den Atlantik sowie auf Teile der Caldera und sein Ausstattung garantieren Entspannung pur!
Wir haben 2 tolle Wochen im Casa Petra verbracht und waren/sind begeistert. Eigentlich sollte man nicht zu sehr schwärmen, denn das Haus ist sehr begehrt. Wer seinen Urlaub in absolut ruhiger Lage verbringen möchte ist hier richtig.
Ein wunderschönes Haus mit hochwertigen Möbeln innen sowie auch aussen auf der grossen Terrasse. Ruhige Lage mit traumhafter Aussicht auf den SonnenUntergang. Unterkunft kann uneingeschränkt weiterempfohlen werden.
Cancelation policy
In case of cancellation the owner will charge a fee as follow:In case of a cancellation, 20% of the rental price will be charged as compensation for non-performance.
