Vivienda Atlántico is located in San Borondón, a quiet residential area close to the old town and harbour of Tazacorte, on the sunny west coast of La Palma. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and all the necessary kitchen utensils for a comfortable stay. A washing machine and fibre-optic internet connection are also available.
The two bedrooms have been designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. Two fully equipped bathrooms provide additional convenience, making the accommodation ideal for families, couples or friends travelling together.
The building has a lift. A private parking space in the communal garage is also included, which is especially convenient for guests with a rental car.
The historic centre of Tazacorte, with its restaurants, cafés, shops and other services, can be reached within a few minutes. The harbour and beach of Tazacorte are also nearby and invite guests to swim, take a walk or enjoy the local gastronomy.

Tazacorte is the sunniest place on the island. From here, you are close to some of La Palma’s most beautiful beaches, as well as to starting points for interesting hiking routes. In the evening, you can easily walk to both traditional and modern restaurants and bars in Tazacorte. A sundowner at sunset on the plaza, especially at Bar La Marmota, is truly legendary.
From the terrace, furnished with a dining table as well as lounge seating and sun loungers, you can enjoy uninterrupted views across the banana plantations towards the endless expanse of the Atlantic Ocean — and watch the sun disappear into the sea.

According to the unanimous opinion of our guests, the apartment is simply “perfect” — right down to the super-fast fibre-optic internet connection, German and Spanish television, and charging stations for mobile phones and tablets. In addition, there is a private underground parking space, number 34, with a lift taking you almost directly to the apartment door.
An ideal apartment for couples — whether you want to feel as comfortable on holiday as you do at home, enjoy Tazacorte’s restaurants and bars within walking distance, spend time at the beach or set off on hiking tours.
The first bedroom offers sea views and an en-suite bathroom. It is furnished with a 1.60 m wide bed with a continuous mattress. The second bedroom faces the inner courtyard and has a 1.80 m wide bed with two separate 90 cm mattresses.
Open and spacious living area with a corner sofa and dining table. Opposite is the kitchenette with extractor hood. Next to the kitchenette, with direct sea views, there is an open yet covered breakfast corner. The dishwasher is located at the beginning of the kitchenette, while the washing machine is placed at the far end.
Very well and fully equipped kitchen. Guests have, for example, a Senseo coffee machine, an espresso maker, a French press and a “classic” German filter coffee machine at their disposal. Of course, a toaster and kettle are also provided.
Sufficient bath towels and extra beach towels are provided in both bathrooms. A hairdryer and filled soap dispenser are also available.
-Upon arrival, a security deposit of EUR 300.00 must be paid to cover any possible damage during the stay. The deposit will be fully refunded upon departure, provided that no damage is found during the inspection of the accommodation. -For stays of 3 weeks or more, an intermediate cleaning service is required. This includes a change of bed linen and towels and costs EUR 50.00, payable on site. -Stays with a small dog are possible on request. -Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. -Guests are kindly asked to respect the house rules. -Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is by 10:00 a.m.
