Description of this accommodation

The Finca Marina was taken over by our association BuenVivir II in October 2022. It is located on the western side of La Palma, approximately 220 meters above sea level, in the sunniest region of Europe, between La Laguna and Tazacorte.

The Finca Marina BuenVivir is situated on a hill just outside the center of Tazacorte, surrounded by palm trees, banana plantations, and other typical local properties. From here, there is a wide panoramic view of the ocean. Peace and privacy are guaranteed. Due to the mild climate zone and the sheltered location, it is warmer and less windy than in many other parts of the island.

The complex consists of four apartments — Almendra, Bougainvillea, Cala, and Drago — located in a two-story apartment building, each with its own terrace or balcony, as well as the Enciba bungalow, which features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a small kitchen.
Each apartment includes a living area with a kitchenette, one bedroom for two people, and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

For sunbathing, each unit has its own private terrace or balcony with sea views, offering a high level of privacy. All terraces and balconies are furnished with tables and chairs or sun loungers. Within the park-like grounds, there are several seating and lounging areas with tables, where guests can enjoy the first rays of sunshine in the morning and spectacular sunsets in the evening.

In addition to the beautiful heated saltwater pool with a spacious sunbathing area, there is also the “Fincatreff”, a shared covered garden bar that provides space for social gatherings and joint activities.
