Description of this accommodation

Welcome to the Isla Bonita. Welcome to La Palma, according to UNESCO the third most beautiful island in the world! And according to artificial intelligence, it is the most beautiful island in Spain. But the best way to find out is to see for yourself.

In the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, on the island of eternal spring, we welcome you with the Hawaiian greeting: Aloha! Spend the most precious days of the year surrounded by wonderful tranquillity in an elegant, newly redesigned retreat with a beautiful palm garden offering plenty of natural shade.

For us, Aloha means welcoming you with warmth and affection and doing everything we can to make you feel comfortable in pleasant surroundings. We want you to have everything you need. We are also happy to introduce you to the Aloha spirit and Hawaiian traditions: we organise Hula dance workshops and Ho'oponopono rituals on the beach. We will also be happy to advise you on the best and most affordable ways to fly to La Palma.

Let our pictures and videos inspire you and follow the call of the island at the end of time.

The meaning of Aloha

In Hawaiian, the word Aloha means love, affection, charity, compassion, kindness or sympathy. In Hawaii, it is mainly used as a greeting when meeting or saying goodbye. It can also refer to a loved one or lover and represents friendship as well. Each individual letter of the word Aloha has its own meaning and message.

Aloha means love. The word is used to say hello and goodbye and expresses love, mercy, kindness and grace. But Aloha encompasses much more than can be expressed in a single word. Literally translated, it means “the presence of breath.” Alo means presence, front or face, while h? means breath.

Aloha is also used to express or emphasise feelings, as illustrated by the following Hawaiian phrases: Aloha oe!* – Greetings! *Aloha (w)au ia oe. – I love you. Aloha k?kou. – May friendship/love be among us. The Aloha spirit is not simply a word or a myth; it is a way of life.

The Aloha spirit has a long tradition and was already an important part of life in ancient Hawaii. Aloha, Ohana and Mana were highly valued and taken seriously. These traditions and customs revolved around love, family — or community — and magic. Not magic in the sense of sorcery, but the magic of living in harmony with nature and with yourself.

Aloha La Palma – Holidays in harmony with the sun

Our Eco Boutique Resort generates all of its electricity using photovoltaic energy. Hot water and the swimming pool are heated by solar energy, while energy-saving LED lighting contributes to a more sustainable holiday experience. Relax, enjoy and give something back to nature – this is what a holiday should feel like.

Location

The Eco Boutique Resort

We are located above the charming seaside resort of Puerto Naos, at an altitude of 280 metres, in one of the island's best climate zones.

More than 100 palm trees grow on our 5,500 m² organic finca, along with numerous mango, avocado, banana, pomegranate and orange trees. Depending on availability, we are happy to share their fruit with you.

The property is arranged over four terraced levels and is completely enclosed by walls, creating a wonderful sense of privacy and security. Its privileged location guarantees uninterrupted views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Cumbre Vieja mountain range.

Some of the island's most beautiful beaches and unique hiking trails can be reached within just a few minutes. Supermarkets, restaurants and everything else you may need during your stay are also close by.

Back in the Aloha garden, you can relax in one of the hammocks or lounge swings, find inspiration while watching butterflies, dragonflies, lizards and busy bees, or simply enjoy a good book. At the heart of the garden, a large round table invites everyone to come together.

A holiday at Aloha La Palma is first and foremost about experiencing plenty of Aloha, meeting lovely people, slowing down, taking a dip in the deep green pool and returning home with your batteries fully recharged. Look forward to wonderful sunsets and spectacular, crystal-clear starry skies.
