The apartment is located together with 5 other apartments on a 5500 sqm large biofinca in a quiet environment above the seaside resort of Puerto Naos, in one of the best climatic zones of the island. Hiking trails start in the immediate vicinity. The beach of Puerto Naos is about 5 minutes by car, the popular bay of Charco Verde about 8 minutes. Fuencaliente and Los Llanos can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Los Llanos has shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks and pharmacies. The Caldera de Taburiente is about 25 minutes away by car, the popular Refugio El Pilar about 35 minutes by car.

Outdoor facilities

The property is terraced into 4 levels and completely walled. In the middle of the 800 sqm large pool area is the 5 m x 10 m large saltwater pool, on the sun flooded 2nd level, is the large salt water pool. Surrounded by strelitzias and hibiscus bushes, there are private relaxation areas and four outdoor canopy beds by the pool. Guests enjoy from here an unrestricted view at the Atlantic Ocean. In front of the flat is a private terrace of approximately 20 sqm, which is equipped with a large wooden table, chairs and sun loungers.

The light-flooded bedroom has a 180 cm x 200 cm large bed with high-quality mattresses and offers direct access to the terrace. The bathroom is attached to the bedroom. Quilts are available for colder days.

The large bright living room with armchairs, sofa lounge swing and music system has directly access to the terrace.

Kitchen

The open, very well equipped kitchen with the adjoining dining area has a ceramic stove with 2 hobs, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a water kettle, a toaster, a fruit-juice squeezer, a hand blender and a dining table with four chairs.

Bathroom

The large, bright bathroom is attached to the bedroom and has a walk-in shower, a freestanding bathtub and a hairdryer. Toilet paper, shampoo and soap are provided.

Others

The accommodation will not be rented for a stay of less than 4 days. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and will be changed weekly. An XXl beach towel, parasol, beach bag and beach towels are provided. A cot and a high chair are provided free of charge upon prior request. Smoking inside the accommodation and pets are not allowed! Arrival and departure: Check in from 2 pm, check out until 12 pm. The German, Dutch, Spanish and English speaking owners are at your disposal for questions or wishes.
