Location

The holiday complex is located in Los Barros, above the village of Los Llanos. The centre of Los Llanos with shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks and pharmacies is reachable in about 5 minutes by car, the popular seaside resort of Tazacorte in about 15 minutes. The Caldera de Taburiente can be reached in 20 minutes by car, the popular Refugio El Pilar in about 30 minutes. Starting points for hikes are nearby.

Outdoor facilities

The apartment has two balconies. One balcony is accessible from the bedroom. The second balcony has a table, two chairs and a sun awning and is connected to the living room. The lovingly landscaped outdoor area and the swimming pool with outdoor shower and sun loungers are available to guests of the complex for communal use. Parking spaces are located at the complex. A garage is available for bikers. Bicycles may only be stored in the garage.

The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm, cold foam mattress), reading lamps, a wardrobe and direct access to the balcony.

Living room

Open, bright living room with corner sofa, armchair, sofa table, satellite and German television (50" flat screen with USB / Netflix app), radio-CD system with USB / Bluetooth and access to the balcony. Air conditioning/heating available at an additional cost.

Kitchen

Into the living room integrated kitchen with gas stove (3 flames), extractor hood, large fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and water kettle.

Bathroom

Bathroom with shower, WC, urinal and hairdryer.

Others

The apartment will not be rented for a stay of less than 14 days. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and will be changed every 14 days. Beach towels are provided. Smoking inside the apartment and at the balcony as well as pets inside the apartment are not allowed! Arrival and departure: Check in after 3 pm, check out until 10 am. The German and English speaking owners are at your disposal for questions or wishes.
