Description of this accommodation

The lovingly designed holiday complex with three apartments is located in Los Barros, above Los Llanos on the sunny west side of La Palma in a quiet environment. The apartment has approximately 47 sqm of living space and consists of a living room with integrated kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a furnished terrace. The garden and swimming pool area are available for communal use by the guests of the complex. The apartment can accommodate two persons. Internet allows free surfing on your own laptop.

Location

The holiday complex is located in Los Barros, above the village of Los Llanos. The centre of Los Llanos with shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks and pharmacies is reachable in about 5 minutes by car, the popular seaside resort of Tazacorte in about 15 minutes. The Caldera de Taburiente can be reached in 20 minutes by car, the popular Refugio El Pilar in about 30 minutes. Starting points for hikes are nearby.

Outdoor facilities

The apartment has a terrace with a table, three chairs and an awning. The lovingly landscaped outdoor area and the swimming pool with outdoor shower and sun loungers are available to guests of the complex for communal use. Parking spaces are located at the complex . A garage is available for bikers. Bicycles may only be stored in the garage.

Pool based on chlorinated water, satellite and German television (40? flat screen with USB/ Netflix app), radio-CD system with USB/Bluetooth, heating in the winter months (living room Roman heating, bathroom fan heater), internet, safe, smoke detector, fly screens in all rooms, washing machine and tumble dryer for a fee (5 euros each), small rotary dryer on the terrace, hairdryer

The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm, cold foam mattress), reading lamps and wardrobe.

Kitchen

Into the living room integrated kitchen with induction hob (2 hobs), extractor hood, large fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and water kettle.

Bathroom

Bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer.

Others

The apartment will not be rented for a stay of less than 7 days. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and will be changed every 14 days. Beach towels are provided Smoking and pets inside the apartment are not allowed! Arrival and departure: Check in after 3 pm, check out until 10 am. The German and English speaking owners are at your disposal for questions or wishes.
