Make your stay in the newly built and high-quality equipped holiday house Los Roquitos to a top-class break and a very personal memory! The house is located on a 1.200 sqm large property in El Paso de Abajo, just a few minutes from the centre of Los Llanos de Aridane, on the west side of the island La Palma. On 120 sqm of living space, you will find a bright, open-plan living room with an integrated kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. From the living room and the master bedroom you have direct access to the spacious terrace. From the furnished pool deck, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Aridane Valley and the Atlantic Ocean. The house can accommodate up to 4 persons. Internet allows free surfing on your own laptop. The house is not rented to guests under the age of 18 years.
Location
The house is situated on a 1.200 sqm large property in El Paso de Abajo in a quiet environment. The centre of Los Llanos with shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks and pharmacies is approximately 5 minutes away by car. The popular seaside resort of Tazacorte can be reached in approximately 10 minutes by car. The Caldera de Taburiente is about 15 minutes away by car, the popular Refugio El Pilar about 25 minutes.

Outdoor facilities
You have direct access to the spacious terrace from the living room and master bedroom. There you will find a covered seating area with a table and four chairs as well as a cosy area with lounge furniture. The large sun deck has an 6,50 m x 3,30 m chlorine-based swimming pool, four sun loungers with cushions, a parasol and an outdoor shower. Parking spaces are directly at the house.

Bedroom
The house has two bedrooms. The master bedroom with en suite bathroom has a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe, air conditioning and access to the terrace. The other bedroom has two twin beds (each 90 cm x 200 cm), bedside table with bedside lamp and wardrobe.
Living room
The modern, open-plan living room has a cosy corner sofa as well as satellite, German and Spanish television, air conditioning, a dining table with four chairs and offers direct access to the terrace.
Kitchen
The very well-equipped kitchen, which is integrated into the living room, has a gas stove (4 hobs), an extractor hood, an oven, a microwave, a large fridge-freezer, a coffee machine, a water kettle, a toaster, a juicer and a blender.
Bathroom
The house has two bathrooms with shower, WC and hairdryer. One of the bathrooms is en suite and directly accessible from the master bedroom.
Others
The house will not be rented for a stay of less than 4 days. Bed linen towels and dishcloths are provided and can be changed if needed. Pool towels are provided. Smoking and pets inside the house are not allowed! Arrival and departure: check in from 5 p.m., check until 11 a.m. The Spanish and a little English speaking owners are at your disposal for any questions or requests.

Von Aussen unscheinbar und wenn sich Türe zur Terrasse öffnet - WOW - ein wunderbarer Ausblick über das Aridanetal und den unendlichen Atlantik. Das Highlight ist die Terrasse mit dem kleinen aber feinen Infinity-Pool und dem gedeckten Sitzplatz - hier findet jeder einen feines Sonnen- oder Schattenplätzchen. Das Raumangebot ist für Paar ein perfekt, für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern eher knapp. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und war für unsere Bedürfnisse komplett, jedoch teilweise in die Jahre gekommen und recht stark abgenutzt. Der Vermieter Jacobo ist äusserst zuvorkommend und hat uns ab und zu mit Früchten aus eigenem Anbau beglückt. Wir haben hier jeden Tag in vollen Zügen geniessen dürfen.
Sehr erholsame Zeit in einem herrlichen Haus mit Blick auf den Atlantik
Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön mit großer Terrasse und ausreichendem Pool. Inneneinrichtung geschmackvoll, Betten wunderbar gemütlich. Das Haus liegt zwischen Los Llanos und El Paso, so dass ein Mietauto nützlich ist, um Supermärkte, Restaurants und Strände zu erreichen. Der Vermieter ist überaus freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben jeden Tag genossen.
Rundum ein perfektes Haus. Viel Ruhe, ein mega Blick, eine tolle Lage und ein sehr aufmerksamer Vermieter haben zu einem sehr schönen Urlaub beigetragen.
