Description of this accommodation

The house is situated on a approximately 220 sqm large property in La Punta in the municipality of Tijarafe in a quiet environment and is absolutely 100 % sustainable. The solar panels are situated on a 25-square-meter pergola located in the parking area, which can accommodate up to three cars. The house has a living area of 74 sqm on two floors. On the upper floor there is a bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a balcony and a terrace. The lower floor includes the kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, and a guest WC. In the outside is a separate room where the washing machine is located.

The house is located in a very quiet setting on a 220 sqm large property in La Punta on the sunny west side of La Palma. La Punta boasts a few supermarkets and bars. Tijarafe is reachable in approximately 15 minutes by car, where you can find supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, and banks. The Tazacorte beach is also just a 15-minute drive away, offering supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, and banks. Hiking trails begin in the vicinity.

The house is offered for a rental period of one to a maximum of 5 months. The rental price includes the additional costs for water, electricity and internet. Gas bottles are not included in the rental price. A deposit of two months' rent is required. Pets are not permitted.
