The modern 54 sqm large Atico is located on the top floor of an apartment building with lift just a few steps far from the beautiful Plaza de España in the heart of Los Llanos de Aridane on the sunny west side of La Palma. It consists of a living room with integrated kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace. The apartment has double-glazed windows and is suitable for 2 persons. Internet allows free surfing on your own laptop.
Location
The apartment is located in the centre of Los Llanos directly at the Plaza de España on the sunny west side of La Palma in a traffic-free zone. Shops and restaurants are located nearby. The nearest beaches are within 25 minutes by car. You can reach by a short drive the popular hiking trails of La Palma and starting points for a bike tour.

Culturally interested persons. Los Llanos offers many attractions and many interesting events. Bikers are very welcome too. There are two bike stations in Los Llanos.

The apartment has a double bed (135 cm x 190 cm), bedside tables, bedside lamps and a wardrobe. Winter blankets (Nordic) are available for colder days.

The apartment has an open living room with sofa bed and flat screen with German and Spanish television.
Kitchen
Integrated and very well-equipped kitchenette with induction stove, extractor hood, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, water kettle, toaster, juicer, mixer and dining table with 2 chairs and 2 stools.
Bathroom
Modern bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and hairdryer.
Others
The apartment will not be rented for a stay of less than 3 days. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and will be changed once a week. Beach towels are provided. Smoking inside the apartment and pets are not allowed! A cot will be provided free of charge after prior request. The English and Spanish speaking owner is at your disposal for questions or wishes.
