Description of this accommodation
The 70 sqm apartment is located on the second floor of an apartment building with an elevator in the seaside resort of Puerto Naos, directly on the promenade. The beach is only a few steps away. The apartment consists of an open living area with an integrated kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a 12 sqm furnished terrace with a sea view. It is equipped with double-glazed windows and accommodates up to 4 persons.
Location
The apartment is located directly on the traffic-free beach promenade in Puerto Naos. The large sandy beach, awarded the Blue Flag, can be reached in just a few steps. In this beach town, you will find shops, restaurants, a pharmacy, and a bus stop, as well as a bike station, a diving center, and a paragliding station. The beach promenade invites you for sunset walks.

The apartment has two bedrooms. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed with a spring mattress (140 cm x 190 cm), and the other bedroom has a pull-out sofa bed for 2 persons (each 80 cm x 190 cm on two levels, foam mattress).
Living room
The living room is furnished with a sofa, two rocking chairs, a coffee table, satellite TV, German and Spanish television, and offers direct access to the terrace.
Kitchen
Very well-equipped kitchen integrated into the living room, with a ceramic stove (3 burners), oven, extractor hood, fridge-freezer combination, microwave, coffee machine, water kettle, toaster, and a dining table with 4 chairs.
Bathroom
Bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and hairdryer.
Others
The accommodation is not rented for stays of less than 7 days. Bed linen, towels and dish towels are provided and are changed weekly. A baby cot is available on prior request for a fee. Smoking in the accommodation and pets are not allowed! The Spanish-speaking and slightly English-speaking manager is at your disposal for any questions or wishes.

der Gesamteindruck ist OK, es fehlte eine Filterkaffemaschine, die Front und Seitenfenster - Türen könnten eine Schallabdichtung vertragen
Die Wohnung war super gelegen, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Alles funktionierte, es war ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.
Ein schöner Appartemen mit einen grossartigen Terrasse am Boulevard von Puerto Naos. Wir waren von 24 Dezember bis Samstag 10 Januar 2026 im Appartement.
Schöne Wohung in toller Lage direkt über der Strandpromenade, schöner Blick auf Palmen und Meer und Sonnenntergang. Wohnung gut ausgestattet (auch wenn bei uns nicht alles der Beschreibung entsprochen hatte, wird hoffentlich korrigiert). Es gab nur wenige Kleinigkeiten, über die man meckern könnte, z.B. lockere Schubladengriffe an arg einfacher Kommode. Aber ansonsten absolut empfehlenswert!
Alles rundum gut.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Checken hat gut geklappt, alles sauber und toll gelegen.
