Casa Los Pinos Altos

Location

The house is situated in the upper part of the Franceses area, in a place known as Los Pinos Altos (hence the name of the house). A peaceful location, ideal for guests seeking a secluded accommodation with complete tranquility and sea views beyond the cliffs of northern La Palma. Altitude: 660 meters above sea level.

Access is from the LP-1 main road at kilometer 48 via a descending dirt track. During the winter season with rainfall, a vehicle with off-road capabilities is recommended to avoid possible traction problems.
• Franceses area, about 10 minutes by car, small grocery shop.
• Barlovento, about 20 minutes away, with Spar supermarket, hardware stores, cafés, and restaurants.
• Los Sauces, about 30 minutes away, offering additional services including a health center.
• Santo Domingo de Garafía, about 40 minutes away, with town hall, restaurants, supermarket, and health center.

Outdoor facilities

The property features several fruit trees such as avocado, orange, apple, plum, sour cherry, lemon trees, and vineyards. Occasionally potatoes or corn are planted in the garden plots. The roof of the house is a non-accessible rooftop terrace (accessible only with an auxiliary ladder). The land surrounding the house is flat and ideal for relaxing or resting in a hammock. There is also a wood-fired oven and an irrigation water connection, while drinking water is available only inside the house.

Bedroom

The house has three bedrooms:
• one bedroom with a double bed (135x190 cm) and wardrobe,
• one bedroom with bunk beds and a chest of drawers,
• one bedroom with a trundle bed.
Bed linen and towels are provided. Although the house can occasionally accommodate up to 7 guests, it is ideally suited for a couple or a maximum of 4 people for greater comfort.

Living room

Small living room with a three-seat sofa, chest of drawers, traditional built-in display cabinet, and TV with antenna reception.

Kitchen

Kitchen equipped with a 2-ring ceramic hob, extractor fan, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, crockery, kitchen utensils, and a dining table with chairs.

Bathroom

Bathroom with walk-in shower, WC, washbasin, and washing machine.

Others

A security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent is required in advance. Pets are allowed.
