The approximately 42 sqm large apartment is located on the upper floor of an apartment house with a total of 4 apartments in the popular seaside resort Puerto Naos on the sunny west side of La Palma. It consists of a bedroom, a living room with integrated kitchen, a bathroom and a furnished balcony with awning. A swimming pool is available to the tenants of the apartment complex for communal use.The apartment is suitable for 3 persons. Internet allows free surfing on your own laptop.
Location
The apartment is located in the seaside resort Puerto Naos. It’s just a two minutes’ walk and you're on the beach. Puerto Naos has small shops, restaurants, a pharmacy, a bus stop, a bike station, a diving centre and a paraglider station. The promenade in front of the beach invites you for a sunset walk.

The apartment has an approximately 7 sqm large balcony with awning, furnished with a table and two chairs. A garage is provided.

Suitable for
Beach lovers. Bikers are very welcome too. There are two bike stations in Puerto Naos.

The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed (135 cm x 200 cm), bedside tables, bedside lamps and a wardrobe. The third person is accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room.
Living room
The open living room has a sofa bed, an armchair, a coffee table, satellite TV, Spanish TV, a dining table with four chairs and access to the balcony.
Kitchen
Integrated, very well equipped kitchenette with ceramic stove, extractor hood, microwave, coffee machine, water kettle, toaster, fruit juice squeezer and hand blender.
Bathroom
Bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer.
Others
The apartment will not be rented for a stay of less than 4 days. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and can be changed if needed. A high chair and a cot is provided free of charge upon prior request. Smoking and pets inside the apartment are not allowed! Arrival and departure: Check in after 3 pm, check out until 11 am. The Spanish speaking owners are at your disposal for questions or wishes.
