The house is located in Los Pedregales, above the village of Los Llanos. Bars, restaurants and supermarkets are reachable within 5 minutes by car, to the beaches of Puerto Naos and Tazacorte it takes about 10 minutes. Starting points for hikers are nearby.

The house has a bedroom with a double bed (135 cm x 190 cm, spring mattress), bedside tables, bedside lamps, wardrobe and heating. Quilts are provided for colder days.

Open living room with sofa bed, satellite TV, Spanish TV, coffee table, heating and access to the terrace.

Keuken

Well-equipped, integrated kitchen with ceramic stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, water kettle and dining table with 2 chairs.

Badkamer

The house has a bathroom with a walk-in shower, WC and hairdryer.

Overig

The house will not be rented for a stay of less than 4 days. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and will be changed once a week. Weekly intermediate cleaning. Smoking and pets inside the house are not allowed! Arrival and departure: Check in after 2 pm, check out until 12 pm. The Spanish and English speaking administrators are at your disposal for questions or wishes.
