Casa Los Polveros

Location

The Casa Los Polveros is located in a unique standalone location on an approximately 4000 sqm plot of land in Las Indias, in the south of La Palma, in a quiet and rural environment. The centre with supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and bus stop can be reached is within a few minutes by car. The beach Playa Zamora is reachable in about 10 minutes by car. There is a small typical Canarian “Kiosko” (a mix between bar and restaurant) with fresh fish. Other beaches such as the Playa de Echentive, Punta Larga and Playa del Faro which is located next to the lighthouse are located nearby.

Casa Los Polveros is surrounded by a terraced garden with exotic plants and palm trees. In front of the house is a terrace, furnished with table and chairs and a lawn with two sun loungers. A spacious covered barbecue area with sink is available to guests of the house. Around the house are other terraces with a variety of seating areas. Additional zones of lawns with sunbathing areas and views at the Atlantic Ocean as well as a 3 m x 2 m large Jacuzzi (heated up to 32 degrees) invites you to relax. A parking space is located directly next to the house.

The house will not be rented for a stay of less than 7 days. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided. This accommodation can be rented for long term. The minimum time of rental is three month; price on request. Smoking inside the apartment and pets are not allowed!
