Description of this accommodation

The approximately 60 sqm large Apartamento Calas is located on the second floor of an apartment building with lift in the seaside resort Puerto Naos on the sunny west side of La Palma. It is modern furnished and consists of a bedroom, an integrated, well equipped kitchen, a living, a bathroom and an approximately 12 sqm large, furnished terrace. The apartment is suitable for 2 persons.

Location

The apartment is located in the seaside resort Puerto Naos. It’s just a two minutes’ walk and you're on the beach. Puerto Naos has small shops, restaurants, a pharmacy, a bus stop, a bike station, a diving centre and a paraglider station. The promenade in front of the beach invites you for a sunset walk.

Outdoor facilities

The approximately 12 sqm large covered terrace is furnished with a table, two chairs and two sun chairs. Public parking spaces are provided.

Suitable for

Beach lovers. Bikers are very welcome too. There are two bike stations in Puerto Naos.

The cozy living room has a sofa, satellite TV, 40-inch flat screen, a dining table with 2 chairs and access to the terrace.

Modern, integrated very well equipped kitchen with a ceramic stove (4 hobs), extractor hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, water kettle, toaster and fruit juice squeezer.

Bathroom

Modern bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer.

Others

The apartment will not be rented for a stay of less than 7 days. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and can be changed if needed. Beach towels are provided.

Wir haben 10 Tage in dem Appartement übernachtet uns uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war viel besser ausgestattet als wir erwartet haben (Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Pfannen, Töpfe uvm.). Wir würden das Appartement sofort wieder buchen.

Cancelation policy

The owner has set the following cancellation conditions: in case of cancellation, 20% from 30 days before departure 30% from 29 days to 15 days before departure 50% from 14 days to 8 days before departure 80% from 7 days to 1 day before departure 100% in case of no-show of the total rental price is due.
