Description of this accommodation

The apartment is located on the first floor of a new and modern apartment building in Puerto de Tazacorte, which is also known as the last port in Europe. It has approximately 50 sqm of living space and consists of a spacious living room with integrated kitchen and dining area, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The apartment can accommodate up to 3 persons. Internet allows free surfing on your own laptop.

Location

The apartment is located in a quiet side street, about 50 metres from the beach promenade in the picturesque village of Puerto de Tazacorte. You can reach a supermarket, cafes, restaurants and a pharmacy in about 3 minutes by walk. A bus stop is within 5 minutes walking distance. The 1,5 kilometre long beach promenade of Tazacorte invites you for a sunset walk. At the end of the promenade is the large sports- and fishing harbour. From there, daily boat trips such as special dolphin and whale tours are offered. The beach is protected by breakwaters. It is about 2 km to Pueblo de Tazacorte, where you will find banks, pharmacies, supermarkets and a post office.

One bedroom with double bed (spring mattress 160 x 200 cm), bedside tables with lamps and wardrobe. Winter blankets are provided for cooler days.

Spacious living room with sofa bed (180 x 200 cm), 40" HD TV with satellite and German television, music system and library.

Kitchen

Integrated kitchen with ceramic stove (3 hobs), extractor hood, microwave, fridge-freezer, water kettle, coffee machine, toaster, washing machine and dining table with three chairs.

Bathroom

Bathroom with walk-in shower (100 cm x 140 cm), WC and hairdryer.

Others

The apartment will not be rented for a stay of less than 7 days. During Easter and Christmas, the apartment will not be rented for a stay of less than 14 days. Children up to the age of 2 stay free of charge, children with an age of more than 2 years will be charged with the normal price. The price for 1 person is the same like for two persons. Towels and bed linen are provided. Beach towels and a parasol are also provided. An amount of 20,- Euro will be charged for arrivals after 8 p.m. Smoking inside the accommodation and pets are not allowed! Check in after 3 pm, check out until 11 am. The German, English, and Spanish speaking owner of the apartment is at your disposal for questions or wishes.

Schöne Lage nahe am Strand, ruhig und entspannt - und es war alles auch an Kleinigkeiten vorhanden, was man im Urlaub so braucht. Auch die Übergabe war sehr entspannt. Deshalb unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen.
