Description of this accommodation
The Atico Puerto is located in Puerto Tazacorte on the top floor of an apartment building, only a few minutes by walk from the sandy beach. It has a living area of 70 sqm, which is spread over two floors. The highlight is the 20 sqm private terrace with outdoor shower from where guests will enjoy a magnificent view at the Barranco de las Agustias. The lower floor has a bedroom, a living room with integrated kitchen, a dining area and a bathroom. On the upper floor is a small living-reading room with sofa bed and access to the large furnished sun terrace. The Atico can accommodate two persons and one child. Internet allows free surfing on your own laptop.
Location
The apartment is located less than a minute's walk from the beach of Tazacorte, on the sunny west side of La Palma. The 1,5 kilometre long beach promenade of Tazacorte invites you for a sunset walk. At the end of the promenade is the large sports- and fishing harbor. From there boat tours are starting daily such as special dolphin and wale tours. The beach is protected by breakwaters. Tazacorte has a lot of restaurants, a small supermarket, a pharmacy, a tourist information and a bus stop. Pueblo de Tazacorte is approximately 2 km away and has banks, pharmacies, supermarkets and a post office.

The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed (separate mattresses, each 90 cm x 200 cm), reading lamps and a large built-in wardrobe. The child will be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room.
Living room
The living room on the lower floor has a sofa, a beanbag and a flat screen with German and satellite TV. Upstairs is a small cosy living and reading room with sofa bed, armchair and direct access to the sun terrace.
Kitchen
The modern kitchen is situated on the down floor and has a ceramic hob (3 plates), an extractor hood, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee machine, a toaster, a water kettle, an electric juicer, a fridge-freezer and a dining table with four chairs.
Bathroom
Large, modern bathroom with shower, WC, washing machine and hairdryer.
Others
The accommodation will not be rented for a stay of less than 5 days. Bed linen and dishcloths are provided and can be changed if needed. Smoking inside the house and pets are not allowed! A cot and a high chair are provided free of charge upon prior request. The English and Spanish speaking owners are at your disposal for questions or wishes.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr hell und durch die Fensterflächen mit fast ganztägiger Sonne auch warm. Das Bad ist praktisch eingerichtet und durch die Waschmaschine kann man das Gepäck deutlich reduzieren. Das Gesamtbild entspricht den Internet Darstellungen. Die Dachterrasse ist von keiner Seite einsehbar und bietet auch eine gute Aussicht. Zur Meerseite nicht frei, dafür in die Berge um so schöner. Die Möbel und Auflagen sind auch hier hochwertig. Die Kücheneinrichtung bietet alles, inkl. Mikrowelle wenn man will. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und ist bei Problemen auch zu erreichen und schnell vor Ort. Der einzige kleine Minuspunkt: Es sollte einmal Ersatzbettwäsche vorhanden sein, damit man nicht gezwungen ist die für das Waschen einen halben Urlaubstag zu opfern. Gesamtbewertung: sehr gut, wir würden die Wohnung wieder mieten.
