Villa Herminia

Location

The holiday Villa Herminia is located about 5 minutes away from the village of Puntagorda in an absolutely quiet and rural environment. Puntagorda has supermarkets, restaurants, banks, pharmacies and a public indoor swimming pool. Hiking trails start close to the property. It takes about 40 minutes by car to the beach of Tazacorte. A parking space is provided next to the house.

Outdoor facilities

The villa is situated on a large, lovingly landscaped property with garden. The large pool deck, which is located above the villa, has a 7 m x 4 m large heated swimming pool on chlorine-base with pool roof, 4 sun loungers, a table with 4 chairs, two umbrellas and an outside shower. A furnished conservatory is connected to the house. The barbecue area is located on the terrace in front of the house. Parking spaces are located directly at the property.

Bedroom

The house consists of two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed (150 cm x 200 cm), bedside tables, bedside lamps, wardrobe, air conditioning-system, heating and an en-suite bathroom. The other bedroom has two twin beds (each 90 cm x 200 cm), bedside tables, bedside lamps, wardrobe, air conditioning-system and heating. Nordic quilts are provided for colder days.

Living room

Open living room with sofa, German and Spanish TV, CD-player, air conditioning-system, heating, fireplace and adjoining conservatory with a table and 4 chairs, and two wicker armchairs.

Kitchen

Integrated kitchen with ceramic stove, extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, water kettle, fruit juice squeezer, hand blender and dining table with 4 chairs.

Bathroom

The house has two bathrooms. One bathroom with a combined bathtub/ shower, WC and hairdryer is connected to the master bedroom. The other bathroom has a shower, WC and hairdryer.

Others

The house will not be rented for a stay of less than 6 days. Single travelers pay 100 euros per night. Bed linen and towels are provided and will be changed weekly. Beach towels are provided. An intermediate cleaning is possible on request and for a fee. Children up to the age of 2 years stay free of charge. Children with an age from 2 years on will be charged with the normal price. A cot and a high chair will be provided free of charge upon prior request. Smoking inside the accommodation is not allowed, pets on request. Firewood is provided. Arrival and departure: Check in after 3 pm, check out until 10 am. From a rental period of more than one month, a price reduction is given upon request.
