Description of this accommodation

Casa Petra is a wonderful, light-flooded and very quiet house found in the Bungalows of Tajuya on the west side of La Palma. It has a complete, modern equipment and spreads over roundabout 110 sqm. You will have a new and fully equipped kitchen, a very large living/dining room, 2 bed rooms with large built-in closets, 1 bath room with a shower, a storeroom and a small extra toilette available for you. You will find in an annex a washing machine and a dryer. The Casa Petra is on a 700sqm large site which entails terraces over several levels, a sweet water pool (heated starting November), an outside shower and a nice garden with palms, orange and avocado trees. From these terraces you also have a great view to the sea and you will experience some beautiful sun downs.

Location

Casa Petra is located in the Calle Principal (one way street) at the Bungalows de Tajuya at 415m sea level on the sunny west side of la Isla Bonita La Palma. The average temperatures of 20-24 degrees even during the winter allow you to swim in the sea, your pool (heated starting November) or you relax on one of the many terraces. With your car you can reach fast and easy the beautiful, black beaches of Puerto Naos, El Remo or Tazacorte. The next shopping possibilities are in El Paso or Los Llanos de Aridane, roughly 5 mins by car.

You have a wonderful view over the sea or the Cumbre Vieja through the large windows and from the terraces.

Bedroom

2 bed rooms, one with two single beds (200 cm x 90 cm) which you can pull apart and one with a foldaway bed (200 cm x 160 cm). All beds with new, 23cm thick matresses. Both bed rooms do have large built-in closets

Living room

Large, comfortable living room with a couch and a small table, a desk and a chair. German/International SAT/TV (144 channels), blue-ray planer. Large dining table with 6 chairs.

Kitchen

Completely equipped kitchen with an induction cooker (4 fields), oven, dish washer, coffee machine, large refrigerator, toaster, micro wave and kettle

Bathroom

One bath room with two lavatories, toilette, bidet, shower (100 x 75 cm), hairdryer and a small extra toilette with a sink

Others

Minimum rental is 7 days. Children until 6 years stay free of charge. Every 2 weeks there will be a change of towels and if required also the bed linen. Towels, dish towels and bed linen are included. Please bring your own beach towels. We are requiring a 150€ deposit with the key handover, which we'll return after your stay.

Lebhaftes, ansprechendes Villengebiet.Gute Lage des Hauses. Idealer Standort für Unternehmungen rundum, aber auch zum relaxen. Im Haus war alles was man braucht vorhanden. Sehr schöne Wochen erlebt. Leihwagen ebenfalls über La Palma24 Team gebucht : preiswert und gute Abwicklung.
