Description of this accommodation
The apartment has approximately 55 sqm of living space and is located on the second floor of an apartment building with lift in Los Llanos. It consists of one bedroom, a living room with integrated kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. Due its central location, the most beautiful squares, cafés and restaurants in the city can be easily and comfortably reached on foot. Internet allows free surfing on your own laptop. The apartment can accommodate two persons.

The apartment is located in Los Llanos de Aridane. The city centre can be easily reached by foot. Shopping facilities and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The beaches can be reached in about 20 minutes by car.

The apartment has one bedroom with two single beds which are arranged as a double bed (each 90 cm x 200 cm), bedside tables with bedside lamps and wardrobe. Winter blankets (Nordic) are provided for colder days.

Living room with two sofas, coffee table, Satellite, German and Spanish TV and access to the balcony.
Kitchen
Very well equipped kitchen with ceramic stove (4 hobs), oven, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, water kettle, toaster, fruit-juice squeezer, blender and dining table with four chairs.
Bathroom
Bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and hairdryer.
Others
The apartment will not be rented for a stay of less than 6 days. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and can be changed if needed. A highchair will be provided free of charge upon prior request. Smoking inside the accommodation and pets are not allowed! Arrival and departure: Check in after 5 pm, check out until 12 am. The Spanish, English and Italian speaking owners are at your disposal for questions or wishes.

Sehr gut eingerichtete Unterkunft, sauber und gemütlich, Kücheneinrichtung über dem gewohnten Standard, ziemlich zentral gelegen. Für Lärmempfindliche weniger geeignet. Hähne auf gegenüberliegendem Grundstück krähen so ziemlich zu allen Tages- und Nachtzeiten.
