Situated in the sunny west above Puntagorda on a 2800 square metre plot with almond, fruit and fig trees, flowers and a herb garden, it offers a magnificent view of the sea and the surrounding mountains. There are three terraces with garden furniture, sun loungers and parasols, as well as a sheltered courtyard.
