Description of this accommodation
The Atico Regata is located on the 4th and top floor of an apartment building with an elevator, directly on the traffic-free beach promenade in Puerto Naos. The large sandy beach, awarded the Blue Flag, can be reached in just a few steps. The Atico has a living area with an integrated kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a large L-shaped furnished terrace with an awning. The Atico can accommodate up to four persons.
Location
The Atico is located directly on the traffic-free beach promenade in Puerto Naos. The large sandy beach, awarded the Blue Flag, can be reached in just a few steps. In this beach town, you will find shops, restaurants, a pharmacy, and a bus stop, as well as a bike station, a diving center, and a paragliding station. The beach promenade invites you for sunset walks.

The approximately 40 sqm large, L-shaped terrace is equipped with a table with four chairs, a lounge area, two sun loungers, as well as an awning, and offers an unrestricted view of the Atlantic Ocean.

The Atico has two bedrooms, each with two single beds. One bedroom faces the back of the building. The other bedroom opens onto a large terrace and offers a sea view.

The living area is equipped with a sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, satellite TV, as well as German and Spanish television, and provides direct access to the terrace.
Kitchen
Open, well-equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob (2 hobs), refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, water kettle, and citrus juicer.
Bathroom
Bathroom with bath/shower tub, washbasin, toilet, and hairdryer.
Others
The Atico is not rented for stays of less than 7 days.
Bed linen, towels, and dish towels are provided. Beach towels are not available.
A baby cot and a high chair are available free of charge upon request.
Smoking and pets are not allowed in the accommodation!
The manager, who speaks Spanish and a little English, will be happy to assist you with any questions or requests.

Unser Urlaub war entspannt und sehr angenehm
Wohnung in Toplage
Traumhafte Lage mit tollem Meerblick, regelmässiges Putzen und Tauschen der Handtücher/Bettwäsche, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Küche reicht nur für kleinere Mahlzeiten aus, war aber aus unserer Sicht kein Nachteil.
