The apartment Pintada 3 is a modern maisonette in the popular seaside resort of Puerto Naos. On the lower floor, there are the living room with a dining area, an open kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. A staircase leads to the upper floor. There, you will find a small gallery with a bed and access to the furnished rooftop terrace. A parking space in the underground garage is available for guests. It has 43.6 m² (terrace not included in the total area).
Location
The apartment is located on a residential street in the upper part of Puerto Naos in the El Roque district. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. In the beach town, you will find shops, restaurants, a pharmacy, a bus stop, a bike station, a diving center, and a paragliding station. The beach promenade invites you for a sunset walk.

The living room is furnished with a sofa, a coffee table, satellite TV, as well as German and Spanish television, and a dining table and four chairs.
Kitchen
Open, well-equipped kitchenette with a ceramic stove (2 hobs), extractor hood, refrigerator, coffee machine and toaster.
Bathroom
Bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet, hairdryer and washing machine.
Others
The apartment will not be rented for a stay of less than 7 days. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and can be changed if needed. Beach towels are also provided. Smoking in the accommodation and pets are not allowed! Arrival and departure: Check in from 3:30 pm, check out until 10 am.

Das Appartement liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung und ist genau wie beschrieben. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für den Ferienaufenthalt benötigt. Die Nähe zur Strandpromenade, den Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Puerto Naos sind hervorragend. Die ganze Wohnung ist gepflegt und alles ist sauber.
Schöne Wohnung mit Meerblick und Dachterrasse, wie beschrieben.
Schönes Appartement mit super Dachterasse. Alles War, wie zuvor beschrieben. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
