The Canarian holiday house Casa Brocal is located about 5 minutes away from the village of Puntagorda in an absolutely quiet and rural environment. Puntagorda has supermarkets, restaurants, banks, pharmacies and a public indoor swimming pool. Hiking trails start close to the house. A parking space is provided next to the house.

Open living room with two chairs, coffee table, satellite TV, Spanish TV, flat screen, fireplace, telescope and dining table with 3 chairs.
Kitchen
Integrated kitchen with electro stove, oven, coffee maker, a toaster and fruit juice squeezer.

The house will not be rented for a stay of less than 7 days. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and will be changed once a week. From a rental period of more than 28 days, the owners offers a discount of 15%. An extra cleaning is possible upon request and will be charged on spot. Smoking inside the house is not allowed! The Spanish and English speaking owner is available for questions.
