The modern 85 sqm large apartment is located in the third floor of an apartment building with lift just a few steps far from the beautiful Plaza de España in the heart of Los Llanos de Aridane on the sunny west side of La Palma. It consists of a living room with integrated kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The apartment has double-glazed windows and is suitable for 4 persons. Internet allows free surfing on your own laptop.
Location
The apartment is located in the centre of Los Llanos close to the Plaza de España on the sunny west side of La Palma in a traffic-free zone. Shops and restaurants are located nearby. The next beaches are within 25 minutes by car. You can reach by a short drive the popular hiking trails of La Palma and starting points for a bike tour.

Public parking spaces are available. A parking space for small vehicles can be rented for 5 euros per day.

Suitable for
Culturally interested persons. Los Llanos offers many attractions and there are many interesting events. Bikers are very welcome too. There are two bike stations in Los Llanos.
Bedroom
The apartment has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed (150 cm x 200 cm), bedside tables with lamps and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds (each 90 cm x 200 cm), bedside tables with lamps and a wardrobe. Nordic quilts are provided for colder days.
Living room
The apartment has an open living room with sofa, wicker chair, coffee table and flat-screen with satellite, German and Spanish television.
Kitchen
Integrated and very well-equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, water kettle, blender, citrus press and dining table with 4 chairs.
Bathroom
Modern bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer.
Others
The apartment will not be rented for a stay of less than 6 days. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and can be changed if needed. Smoking inside the apartment and pets are not allowed! Arrival and departure: Check in after 2 pm, check out until 12 am. The English and Spanish speaking administrator of the apartment is at your disposal for questions or wishes.
