The old Canarian country house is situated on a 4.300 sqm large property in a quiet environment in La Laguna, on the west side of La Palma. The house has 60 sqm of living space and consists of a rustic living room with integrated kitchen, one bedroom and two bathrooms as well as a terrace. The lovingly botanical garden with strelizias, cacti and many other subtropical plants provide a pleasant environment with a feel-good factor. Internet enables free surfing on your own laptop. The house can accommodate two persons.
Location
The holiday house is situated in a quiet environment in La Laguna on the west side of La Palma. It is about 5 minutes by car to the center of El Paso with shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks and pharmacies. It takes about 10 minutes by car to Los Llanos and around 20 minutes to the popular seaside resort of Tazacorte. The Caldera de Taburiente is reachable in 10 minutes by car, the popular Refugio El Pilar in about 20 minutes by car. A small supermarket is situated about 30 metres opposite the house.

The house is surrounded by a lovingly botanical garden with strelizias, cacti and many other subtropical plants. In front of the house is the large terrace furnished with a table, three chairs, two sun loungers and a parasol. A parking space is directly at the house.

Bedroom
The house has a cosy bedroom with a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and wardrobe.

Open, rustic kitchenette with ceramic stove (3 hobs), oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, water kettle, toaster, fruit-juice squeezer, hand blender and dining table with three chairs.
Bathroom
Two bathrooms; each with a shower, WC and hairdryer.
Others
The house will not be rented for a stay of less than 5 days. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and can be changed if needed. An intermediate cleaning and extra change of linen is possible on request and will be charged with a fee. Smoking inside the accommodation and pets are not allowed! Arrival and departure: Check in after 4 pm, check out until 12 am. The German and Spanish speaking administrator is at your disposal for questions or wishes.
