The holiday house is situated on a 800 sqm large property in an absolutely quiet environment close to the village El Paso. The canarian house has a living space of 119 sqm and consists of a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a privat room with internet which is ideally for working and a terrace. Internet offers surfing on your own laptop. The house has double-glazed windows and can acommodate 4 persons.
Location
The house is located above the village of El Paso in an absolutely quiet environment, only five minutes far from the viewpoint “La Cumbrecita” in the national park. The center of El Paso can be reached in about 5 minutes by car. There are supermarkets, cafes, banks and restaurants. The beaches are within 20 minutes by car. Hiking trails start in the immediate vicinity.

Bedroom
The house consists of two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed (150 cm x 200 cm), bedside tables with bedside lamps and wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds (each 90 cm x 200 cm), bedside tables and wardrobe. Nordic quilts are provided for colder days.
Living room
The cosy living room with typical canarian wooden ceiling has a corner sofabed, an armchair, a coffee table, a flatscreen with Satellite-, German- and Spanish TV, an fireplace and acess to the terrace.
Kitchen
Kitchen with ceramic stove (3 hobs), extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, water kettle, fruit-juice squeezer, blender and dining talbe with four chairs.
Bathroom
The house has two bathrooms, each with a shower, WC and hairdryer.
Others
The house will not be rented for a stay of less than 3 days. Children with an age from 2 until 12 years will be charged with 15 euros per night. A cot will be provided free of charge upon prior request. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and will be changed once a week. An intermediate cleaning and extra change of linen is possible on request and will be charged with a fee. Smoking inside the accommodation and pets are not allowed! Arrival and departure: Check in after 3 pm, check out until 11 am. The English and Spanish speaking owners are at your disposal for questions or wishes.
