Make your stay in the newly renovated and stylishly furnished apartments in spring 2022 to a special break and a very personal memory! The holiday complex is located in the village of Tajuya on the sunny west side of La Palma and is suitable for those seeking tranquility and quietness. The complex consists of a total of three typical Canarian houses on a 750 sqm large, lovingly landscaped property. Each house has two apartments. The holiday apartment Casa Frangipani has approximately 45 sqm of living space, is located directly at the entrance of the holiday complex and offers a living-dining area with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace. The apartment can accommodate up to three persons. Internet allows free surfing on your own laptop.
Location
The holiday complex is situated on a lovingly landscaped 750 sqm property in Tajuya on the sunny west side of La Palma in a quiet environment. It is about 5 minutes by car to the center of El Paso with shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks and pharmacies. It takes about 10 minutes by car to Los Llanos and around 20 minutes to the popular seaside resort of Tazacorte. The Caldera de Taburiente is within 10 minutes by car, the popular Refugio El Pilar about 20 minutes by car.

Outdoor facilities
The apartment has a cozy terrace with tables and chairs. The swimming pool with the small adjoining spa, four sun loungers and three parasols are available to the guests of the complex for communal use. Parking spaces are provided.

Bedroom
The apartment has a large, bright bedroom with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), bedside tables, bedside lamps, wardrobe and air conditioning with hot and cold functions. The third person will be accommodated on the sofa bed (140 cm x 200 cm) in the living room.
Living room
The modern, open living room consists of a corner sofa with sleeping function, a coffee table, a 32" smart TV with German, Spanish and satellite TV and a radiator.
Kitchen
The kitchenette integrated into the living room is equipped with an induction stove, coffee maker, water kettle, toaster and a dining table with three chairs.
Bathroom
The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, a toilet and a hair dryer.
Others
The accommodation will not be rented for a stay of less than 5 days. Children with an age up to 2 years stay free of charge. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and will be changed weekly. Beach towels are provided. Smoking inside the accommodation and pets are not allowed! A high chair and a cot will be provided free of charge after prior request. Arrival and departure: Check in after 3 pm, check out until 12 am. The German, English and Spanish speaking owners are at your disposal for questions or wishes.

Wir haben zu dritt 9 Tage in der Casa Frangipani verbracht und sind wirklich rundum zufrieden gewesen. Das kleine Häuschen ist sehr sauber, liebevoll renoviert und eingerichtet. Trotz Hitzewelle ließ es sich mit der effizienten Klimaanlage und dem tollen Salzwasserpool im Gemeinschaftsgartrn wunderbar aushalten. Auch die Betreuer durch die Eigentümer ist eine wahre 10/10 - selten haben wir uns so gut umsorgt und gleichzeitig trotzdem ungestört gefühlt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
Cancelation policy

50% from 29 days to 22 days before arrival
80% from 21 days to 8 days before arrival
100% from 7 days to 1 day before arrival and in the event of no-show
