The holiday house Casa Primavista is quiet and secluded located outside the village of Puntagorda in the green northwest, away from tourism. The modern house is furnished with a high standard and can be centrally heated if necessary. The floors are made of barefoot-friendly wooden parquet. It has 2 bedrooms; one with a double bed, the other with a pull-out bed and a comfortable bunk bed. The beds are equipped with back-friendly latex mattresses. The very spacious kitchenette was made of solid wood and marble and is also suitable for demanding cooks. The bright living room is connected to the kitchen and has various floor-to-ceiling windows offering amazing views. Casa Primavista offers a large California-style wooden deck with stunning views at the wild, unspoilt landscape and the Atlantic Ocean. The house can accommodate up to 5 persons. Internet allows free surfing on the laptop you brought with you.
Location
The holiday house Casa Primavista is located in Puntagorda in the green northwest of the island, in an absolutely quiet environment. The center of Puntagorda with supermarkets and restaurants can be reached in 5 minutes by car. The beach "Playa Tinizara" is about 2 km away, the beach "Playa de la Veta" about 3 km. Starting points for hiking tours can be reached in a few minutes by car.

The house has a furnished terrace with a table, four chairs, two sun loungers and a parasol with views overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Parking spaces are located directly at the property.

The bright living room with the comfortable sofa, satellite TV and access to the terrace is connected to the kitchen and has several floor-to-ceiling windows offering amazing views.

The very spacious kitchenette was made of solid wood and marble and is also suitable for demanding cooks. It has a ceramic hob, oven, large fridge with separate freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster, water kettle, blender and a dining table with 4 chairs.

Bathroom with shower, WC, towel rail radiator and hairdryer.
Others
The house will not be rented for a stay of less than 3 days. Special for families: One child up to an age of 16 years stays free of charge. Bed linen and towels are provided and can be changed if needed. Smoking and pets inside the house are not allowed! Arrival and departure: Check in after 2 pm, check out until 10 am. The German, English and Spanish speaking administrator of the house is available for questions and wishes.
