Location

Don Miguel is located in an absolutely quiet environment in Tacande near El Paso on the sunny west side of La Palma. It is about 5 minutes by car to the center of El Paso with shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks and pharmacies. It takes about 10 minutes by car to Los Llanos and around 20 minutes to the popular seaside resort of Tazacorte. The Caldera de Taburiente is within 10 minutes by car, the popular Refugio El Pilar about 20 minutes by car.

Outdoor facilities

The luxurious house is located in the middle of a beautifully landscaped garden. The access is via a private road. The spacious, palm-fringed pool area with a 75 sqm large, heated swimming pool with outdoor shower and the large sauna above the pool deck is exclusively available to the guests of the villa. The pool deck is equipped with high-quality stainless steel loungers for up to 10 persons. From the large main terrace, which is equipped with a table for 8-10 persons and various comfortable seating areas, guests will enjoy a unique, unrestriced view at the Aridane Valley and the Atlantic Ocean. A gas grill is available for barbecue evenings together or with friends. Various small terraces with seating areas invite you to relax. The garden has numerous of fruit trees (khaki, apple, orange, cherimoya, pomegranate, hazelnut, grapefruit, lemon, nispero etc.). The fruits can be, depending on the season, harvested and eaten by the guests of the villa. An outdoor table tennis and an outside table football are also part of the villa's equipment. Parking spaces are located directly at the property.

The pool is solar heated and does not have a cover. During the winter months, an electric pool heater is switched on. As the pool does not have a cover, a pleasant bathing temperature cannot be guaranteed in winter. A Jacuzzi is currently being planned on the main terrace so that a warm bath is also possible in winter.

Bedroom

The property has a total of 4 bedrooms, all of which are air-conditioned. Two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed. The two other bedrooms each have two single beds, which are set up as a double bed and are located in the main house. All beds are equipped with high-quality plate slatted frames and orthopaedic cold foam mattresses in various degrees of firmness. In addition, various pillows and additional woolen blankets are available to guests.

Living room

The spacious living room with fireplace has a large sofa area. In addition is a separate TV and piano room with a comfortable sofa corner as well as a selection of books, a DVD player, a CD player and a Smart TV (streaming services possible) available to the guests of the villa.

Kitchen

Very well equipped kitchen with ceramic stove, extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, Thermomix, microwave, fully automatic coffee machine, Nespresso machine, toaster, water kettle and juicer. The basic equipment includes dishwasher capsules, spices, salt, sugar and flour.

Bathroom

The villa has three modern bathrooms and a guest toilet. Each bathroom is equipped with towels and a hairdryer. Bathrobes, toilet paper and hand soap are also provided.

Others

Don Miguel will not be rented for a stay of less than 7 days. For stays of more than 12 days, an intermediate cleaning and a change of linen are included in the rental price. Towels for the pool and two beach umbrellas, as well as 6 pairs of hiking sticks, hiking maps and travel guides are available to guests of the villa. A maximum of two children with an age of less than two years can be accommodated in an extra bed / cot free of charge. A high chair is available. The neighbourhouse can be rented in addition to host entirely 12 guests. Smoking and animals in the house are not allowed! Arrival and departure: Check in from 3 p.m., check out by 10 a.m.
