Description of this accommodation
Approximately 100 sqm large apartment on the top floor (with lift) of an apartment building. The apartment has three bedrooms, an open well equipped kitchen and a living room with dining corner. The large furnished terrace has an unrestricted sea view.
Location
This apartment is located directly on the beach of Puerto Naos, comfortable and quiet. The beach is ideal for swimming and water sports. Puerto Naos has restaurants, supermarkets and a bus station. The promenade in front of the beach invites you for a sunset walk.

Large furnished terrace with sun blind, table, chairs and sun loungers with mattresses. Private parking space available at the underground car park.

Three bedrooms, one bedroom has a double bed with 2 mattresses (180 x 200 cm). Each of the other two bedrooms has a double bed (135 x 190 cm in Spanish style).

Dining table and chairs, sofa, satellite TV, access to the large terrace.
Kitchen
The integrated well equipped kitchen has a coffee maker, a toaster and a gas stove with four flames.
Bathroom
Two bathrooms, the smaller one with shower and WC, the bigger one with bathtub/shower, WC and bidet.
Others
Towels, bed linen and dishcloths are provided and can be changed if needed. A cot with bed linen can be provided free of charge. The responsible person of the apartment speaks German, English and Spanish and is available for questions and requests.

Tolles Apartment mit guter Austattung. Top Lage mit wundervoller Aussicht aufs Wasser. Werde es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und auch selbst nochmal buchen.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön an der Strandpromenade im 3. Obergeschoss mit einer tollen Dachterrasse und Meerblick. Allerdings ist es in den Schlafräumen zum Teil sehr laut und geruchsintensiv, da die Fenster zu einem Atrium bzw. eher ein Schacht, zu dem auch die Küchenfenster hinaus gehen. Dieser Schacht ist wie ein Lautsprecher. - Nicht für Urlauber, die mehr Ruhe möchten geeignet.
Tolle Unterkunft direkt am großen, gepflegten Strand. Die Terrasse ist das Highlight der Unterkunft. Traumhafter Blick über das Meer inklusive Sonnenuntergang! Einrichtung gut, zweckmäßig und sauber. Wir kommen wieder!
The accommodation was first class and better than we anticipated. The rooms were all very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed, the view was outstanding and the garaging for the car was 'icing on the cake'. The owner was extremely helpful superb place to stay
