Location

The house is located in a quiet environment in Todoque on the sunny west side of La Palma. Los Llanos is reachable in about 12 minutes by car and has restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks and shops. The beach of Puerto Naos is within 10 minutes by car; the popular bay of Charco Verde with its beach about 12 minutes.

Outdoor facilities

In front of the house is a terrace, furnished with table, four chairs, two sun loungers and a parasol. A barbecue is provided to the guests of the house. A parking space is located directly next to the house.

Bedroom

The house has two bedrooms. One has a double bed with two single mattresses (each 90 cm x 200 cm), reading lamps, a wardrobe and excess to the terrace. The other has two twin beds (each 90 cm x 200 cm), a bedside table, a reading lamp, a wardrobe and excess to the terrace. Nordic quilts are provided for colder days.

Living room

Bright and cozy living room with a leather sofa, armchair, coffee table, satellite TV, Spanish TV, flat screen, air conditioning (cold / warm); fireplace, dining table with four chairs and access to the terrace.

Kitchen

The modern, well equipped kitchen has an induction stove, an extractor hood, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a water kettle, a toaster and a fruit juice squeezer.

Bathroom

Modern bathroom with walk in shower, WC and hairdryer.

Others

The house will not be rented for a stay of less than 7 days. The house is suitable for 4 adults or 2 adults and two teenagers over the age of 14 years. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and will be changed once a week. Smoking inside the house and pets are not allowed! Arrival and departure: Check in after 3 pm, check out until 11 am. The Spanish and a little English speaking owners are at your disposal for questions or wishes.
