The 275 sqm large, light-flooded villa is situated on a 15.000 sqm large property in La Punta in an absolutely quiet environment on the sunny west side of La Palma. The architecturally very successful modern villa with two floors has a living room with dining area and kitchen, three bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms with a walk-in shower. The outside area with the 80 sqm large terrace and 8 m x 4 m large swimming pool with salt water system and pool heating as well as another 45 sqm large terrace on the roof of the villa with jacuzzi invites you to linger and relax. The villa is designed to accommodate 6 adults and one child (up to 2 years).

Location

The villa is located in a quiet, rural environment on the sunny west sitde of La Palma. The next supermarket is in La Punta and can be reached in about 5 minutes by car. It takes about 20 minutes by car to the beach of Tazacorte and 25 minutes to Los Llanos. The airport is about 60 minutes away by car.

Outdoor facilities

The 80 sqm large pool terrace has an 8 m x 4 m swimming pool with salt water system and pool heating (solar pool heating included, electric pool heating for a fee of 20 euros per day), sun loungers, umbrella and outdoor shower. Another 45 sqm roof terrace with jacuzzi, various partially covered seating areas, a gas grill and a garage are also available to the guests of the villa.

Bedroom

The villa consists of a total of three bedrooms, each with a double bed (200 cm x 150 cm). Two bedrooms are on the ground floor with a bathroom and one en suite room is located on the first floor. Nordic quilts are provided for colder days.

Living room

The spacious, cozy, light-flooded living- / dining room is on the ground floor of the villa and is equipped with high-quality designer furniture.

Kitchen

The modern open kitchen on the ground floor is equipped with a ceramic hob with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, mixer and a dining table with chairs.

Bathroom

The villa has two bathrooms with large walk-in showers, bidet and hairdryer. One bathroom is on the ground floor of the villa, the other is connected to the bedroom on the upper floor.

Others

Minimum stay 5 days. All rooms have air conditioning-system and there is heating in all bathrooms. Towels and bed linen are plentiful provided. Children up to 2 years in a cot: free of charge. A high chair is available. Pets on request. Arrival and departure: Check in after 3 pm, check out until 10 am. The German, English and Spanish speaking owners are at your disposal for questions or requests.
