Holiday house in Breña Alta

Location

The holiday house is located in Breña Alta on the east side of La Palma. The island's capital Santa Cruz de La Palma, the seaside resort of Los Cancajos and the airport are 10 minutes away by car. Mazo can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. There is a nice farmer's market and the famous ceramic workshop El Molino in one of the oldest mills in La Palma. A bus stop with connections to the other parts of the island is about 250 meters away. Renting a car is generally recommended.

Outdoor facilities

The holiday house has a 20 sqm large terrace, furnished with a table, chairs, sun loungers and an umbrella. An outdoor kitchen and a barbecue are available to the guests of the house. Parking spaces are located next to the house.

Bedroom

The house consists of a total of three bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed (135 cm x 190 cm), bedside lamps and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has two twin beds (each 90 cm x 190 cm), a bedside lamp and a wardrobe. The third bedroom is furnished with three single beds (each 90 cm x 190 cm), a bedside lamp and a wardrobe.

Living room

The cozy living room is furnished with a sofa, a coffee table, a dining table and a flat screen TV with Spanish television.

Kitchen

Separate, very well equipped kitchen with ceramic stove, oven, extractor hood, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, water kettle, fruit-juice squeezer, hand blender and dining table with 6 chairs.

Bathroom

The house consists of two bathrooms. One bathroom with a shower, bidet, WC and hairdryer. The second with shower, WC and hairdryer.

Others

Minimum stay 1 day, maximum 15 days. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and will be changed once a week. Beach towels are provided. Children up to an age of 2 years stay free of charge. Children with an age from 2 until 12 years will be charged with 7,50 euros per night. Pets and smoking inside the house is not allowed! A cot and high chair will be provided free of charge upon prior request. An intermediate cleaning and a change of linen is possible upon request and will be charged with a fee. Arrival and departure: Check in after 2 pm, check out until 11 am. The Spanish speaking owners of the house are at your disposal for questions or wishes.
