Location

The holiday Casa Sombrero Pico C is situated in an absolutely quiet environment together with 6 other holiday houses on a 9000 sqm large property, surrounded by orchards and flower gardens and with view at the Aridane Valley, in El Paso on the sunny west side of La Palma. The city center with supermarkets, shops, banks, restaurants and a pharmacy can be reached in 3 minutes by car. It takes about 15 minutes by car to the beaches. Starting points for hiking tours such as the Caldera de Taburiente National Park are nearby. Bikers can start their tours right at the house.

Outdoor facilities

The house has a terrace furnished with a table, chairs, sun loungers, lounge furniture, an umbrella and a barbecue. The garden and a 5 m x 3 m swimming pool are available for communal use to guests of the holiday complex. Parking spaces are located directly at the property.

Bedroom

The house consists of two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed (135 cm x 200 cm), bedside tables, bedside lamps and a wardrobe. The second has two single beds (each 90 cm x 200 cm), a bedside table, a bedside lamp and a wardrobe. Quilts are provided for colder days.

Living room

A living room with a sofa and an armchair is situated on the upper floor of the house. A second living room with two sofas, a coffee table, an armchair, satellite TV, Spanish TV and CD player is located on the ground floor.

Kitchen

Kitchen with ceramic stove, extractor hood, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, water kettle, fruit juice squeezer, hand blender and dining table with four chairs.

Bathroom

The house has two bathrooms. One bathroom with combined bathtub/ shower, bidet, WC and hairdryer. The other bathroom with shower and WC.

Others

The house will not be rented for a stay of less than 3 days. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and will be changed once a week. Children with an age of less than 2 years stay free of charge. Children with an age from 2 years on will be charged with the normal price. A cot is provided on prior request free of charge. Smoking inside the house is not allowed! Arrival and departure: Check in after 1 pm, check out until 12 pm. The Spanish, English and German speaking owners are at your disposal for questions or wishes.
