The holiday house Casa Florista is located on a large plot of land in a quiet environment in Tajuya between Los Llanos and El Paso on the sunny west side of La Palma. It has approximately 60 sqm of living space and consists of a living room with integrated kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. In front of the house is a furnished terrace with outside kitchen and barbecue. The house can accommodate up to 4 persons.
Location
The holiday house Casa Florista is located on a large plot of land in a quiet environment in Tajuya between Los Llanos and El Paso on the sunny west side of La Palma. The city centre of El Paso with shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks and pharmacies is about 5 minutes by car. It takes about 10 minutes by car to Los Llanos and 15 minutes to the popular seaside village of Puerto Naos. There is a beach promenade with shops, a paragliding station and a diving centre.

Outdoor facilities
In front of the house is one with a table, four chairs, all with cushions, and an umbrella furnished terrace. Behind the house is another, not observable terrace with outside kitchen, barbecue, a large brick builded bar with bar stools, two sun loungers with cushions and an umbrella. Parking lots are provided next to the house.

Bedroom
The house has two bedrooms. One of them has a double bed (140 cm x 200 cm), bedside tables, bedside lamps, a wardrobe and a master bathroom. The other is furnished with two single beds (each 90 cm x 200 cm), a bedside table, a bedside lamp and a wardrobe. Nordic quilts are provided for colder days.
Living room
Open living room with sofa bed, satellite TV, Spanish TV and access to the terrace.
Kitchen
Integrated very well equipped kitchen with ceramic stove (4 hobs), extractor hood, oven, microwave, coffee machine, water kettle, toaster, hand blender, fruit juice squeezer and breakfast bar with four chairs.
Bathroom
The house hast two bathrooms, both with shower, WC and hairdryer.
Others
The house is offered for long-term rental with a minimum rental period of 6 months. The monthly rent is 950 euros including water, excluding internet and electricity (the actual electricity consumption is billed monthly). A deposit of 1 months' rent is required. Pets are not allowed. Smoking inside the house is not allowed!

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es hat auch durch die vielen Pflanzen eine schöne Atmosphäre. Die Terrassen laden zu jeder Tageszeit zum Sonnenbad ein. Die Lage ist für Autofahrten in alle Richtungen günstig, bringt allerdings den ganzen Tag Verkehrsgeräusche mit sich. Die Betreuung durch die Besitzerin ist sehr aufmerksam und gastfreundlich. Es fehlt an nichts.
