Location

The apartment is located in the Avenida Cruz Roja in the seaside resort Puerto Naos. It’s just a two minute walk and you're on the beach. Puerto Naos has small shops, restaurants, a pharmacy, a bus stop, a bike station, a diving centre and a paraglider station. The promenade in front of the beach invites you for a sunset walk.

View

One of the terraces offers a view in east direction at the mountains, the other at the opposite apartment buildings.

Bedroom

The apartment has three bedrooms. One of them has a double bed (150 cm x 190 cm, foam mattress of high quality), two wall closets, a chest of drawers and a bedside table with bedside lamp, ceiling fan, master bathroom and access to the open terrace. The sixth person will be accommodated here with an extra bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds (each 90 cm x 190 cm, foam mattress of high quality) which can be arranged as a double bed, a chest of drawers, a bedside table with bedside lamp and a ceiling fan. The third bedroom has a single bed (90 cm x 180 cm, spring core mattress), a wall closet and a ceiling fan. Nordic quilts are provided for colder days.

Living room

The living room has two sofas, a coffee table, satellite TV, a ceiling fan, a small library and access to the glazed terrace which is furnished as a dining room

Kitchen

Modern, very well equipped kitchen with ceramic stove (4 hobs), extractor hood, oven, coffee maker, water kettle, toaster, fruit juice squeezer, dining table with 2 chairs and access to a small balcony with washing machine.

Bathroom

The apartment has two modern bathrooms, one of them is connected to the master bedroom. Both bathrooms have a walk-in shower, a WC and a hairdryer.

Others

Minimum days of stay: one week. Towels and bed linen are provided and can be changed if needed. A cot can be provided free of charge and must be ordered in advance. Children with an age from 2 years until 14 years will be charged with 5,- Euros per day. Children up to an age of 2 years stay free of charge. Beach towels are provided. Check in after 3 pm, check out until 11 am. Smoking inside the apartment and pets are not allowed! On arrival a deposit of 200 Euro has to be paid in cash. The owner of the apartment speaks English and Spanish and is available for questions and requests.
