This detached house has two adjacent apartments; each of them has approximately 60 sqm of living space. The apartment 2 has a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room with dining area and integrated kitchenette, furnished terraces, a swimming pool and an outdoor kitchen with barbecue. A separate room with washing machine and tumbler is provided. The apartments are located on the sunny west side of La Palma in Las Tricias.
Location
The house is situated in quiet area in Las Tricias on the west side of the island. Puntagorda is about 10 minutes away by car.

Guests have an unrestricted view at the Atlantic Ocean.

The open well equipped kitchen has a dining table with chairs, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker and a ceramic stove with 4 ceramic hobs.
Bathroom
The bathroom has a shower and WC.
Others
The accommodation will not be rented for a stay of less than 7 days. One child up to the age of 12 years will be accommodated free of charge on an extra bed. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided. Smoking inside the accommodation and pets are not allowed! A high chair and a cot will be provided free of charge after prior request. Arrival and departure: Check in after 3 pm, check out until 10 am. The owners are at your disposal for questions or wishes.
