The holiday house Casa El Corral is situated on an approximately 593 sqm plot of land in a quiet environment, surrounded by a garden with fruit trees and palm trees in Las Tricias, close to the centre of Buracas and the Gofio Museum. It is a two-storey house with approximately 110 sqm of living space and consist of two separate apartments. The apartment in the upper floor has a living space of approximately 60 qm and consist of a living room with integrated kitchen and dining area, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a 15 qm large, covered terrace and another 8 sqm uncovered terrace, both with view at the Atlantic Ocean. The apartment on the ground floor has a living space of approximately 50 qm and consist of a living room with integrated kitchen and dining area, 1 bedroom, a bathroom (access through the terrace) and a 15 sqm, covered terrace with view at the Atlantic Ocean. For an occupancy of 2 person only the lower apartment will be rented. For an occupancy of more than 2 persons only the upper apartment will be rented. From an occupancy of more than 4 people, the entire house will be provided. The house can accommodate up to 6 persons. Internet allows free surfing on your own laptop.

Location

The holiday house Casa El Corral is situated on an approximately 593 sqm plot of land in a quiet environment, surrounded by a garden with fruit trees and palm trees in Las Tricias, close to the centre of Buracas and the Gofio Museum. The centre with several cafes can be reached in about 5 minutes by car. Santo Domingo is about 4 km, Puntagorda about 11 km away. You’ll find there supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and a pharmacy. Very close to the house is the famous Buracas route and the Gofio Museum.

View

Amazing and unrestricted views at the Atlantic Ocean, the nature and the mountains. Guests of the house will enjoy from the terraces beautiful sunsets.

Outdoor facilities

Each apartment has its own with table and chairs furnished terrace. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with palm trees, dragon trees and ornamental flowers. The garden offers another terrace, which is equipped with a table, four chairs, two sun loungers and a parasol. A barbecue is provided to the guests of the house. Parking lots are provided next to the house.

Bedroom

Each of the apartments has its own living room with sofa corner, coffee table and satellite TV.

Kitchen

Each of the apartments has a kitchen with gas stove (4 flames), extractor hood, coffee machine, toaster and dining table with 4 chairs.

Bathroom

Each apartment has a bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer.

Others

The house will not be rented for a stay of less than 7 days. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided. Smoking inside the house and pets are not allowed! The German, Spanish and English speaking owners live close to the house and are available for questions.
