House with pool in La Laguna

Location

The house is situated in a quiet environment in La Laguna on the west side of La Palma. It is about 10 minutes by car to the center of El Paso with shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks and pharmacies. It takes about 5 minutes by car to Los Llanos and around 15 minutes to the popular seaside resort of Tazacorte. The Caldera de Taburiente is reachable in 10 minutes by car, the popular Refugio El Pilar in about 20 minutes by car.

View

The view at the Atlantic Ocean is limited by the high lava. Guests of the house have a spectacular view at the volcano Tajogaite.

Outdoor facilities

The property is surrounded by a whitewashed wall and has a large arched wooden gate as entrance. The property itself is terraced. The upper terraces, together with the swimming pool, offer approximately 200 sqm of recreational space. The guests of the house can expect absolute privacy and tranquillity. Directly next to the house is a covered terrace with a cosy seating area.

Bedroom

The house has three bedrooms. The bedroom upstairs is furnished with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm). The other two bedrooms are located in the lower part of the house. Each of them has a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm). There is another room in the lower area with a sofa bed (160 cm x 200 cm).

Living room

The large living room with its antique Canarian roof and its almost 250 years old antique wooden plank floor is equipped with a comfortable corner sofa, an armchair, a fireplace as well as a Smart TV with satellite, German and Spanish television.

Kitchen

In the entrance area in the conservatory is the bright kitchen with a view at the garden and the swimming pool. It has a ceramic hob, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a water kettle, a toaster and a dining table with six chairs.

Bathroom

The spacious bathroom on the lower part of the house is equipped with a bathtub, WC, hand basin and hairdryer. On the upper floor is a small bathroom with shower, WC and hand basin with a dreamlike view at the lava and the volcano.

Others

The house will not be rented for a stay of less than 5 days. The house is not suitable for children who cannot swim! Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and will be changed weekly. Beach towels are available. Smoking in the accommodation is not allowed! Pets are allowed, an additional cleaning fee of 50,- Euro will be charged. Arrival and departure: Check in after 12 pm, check out until 10 am. The German, English and Spanish speaking owner is at your disposal for any questions or wishes.
