The apartment building is located in San Borodon, about 600 m far from Tazacorte. A small shop is situated right next to the house. Tazacorte has supermarkets, restaurants, banks, pharmacies, etc. The beach and the harbour of Tazacorte can be reached in about 5 minutes by car.
