Location

The apartment is located in Los Llanos de Aridane. The city centre can be easily reached by foot. Shopping facilities and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The beaches can be reached in about 20 minutes by car.

Furnished balcony with a table and 2 chairs with cushions. The washing machine is located in a separate room on the roof terrace. Public parking spaces are available.

Suitable for

Culturally interested persons. Los Llanos offers many attractions and there are many interesting events. Hiking trails and starting points for mountain bike tours are close to the apartment.

Bedroom

The apartment has two bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed (135 cm x 200 cm), bedside tables with bedside lamps, wardrobe, heating and access to the balcony. The other with two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm each), bedside table with bedside lamp, wardrobe and desk. Winter blankets (Nordic) are provided for colder days.

Living room

Modern living room with corner sofa, German and Spanish TV, heating and dining table with four chairs.

Kitchen

Very well equipped kitchen with ceramic stove (4 hobs), extractor hood, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, water kettle, fruit-juice squeezer, blender and dining table with 2 chairs.

Bathroom

Bathroom with bathtub/ shower, WC, bidet and hairdryer.

Others

The apartment will not be rented for a stay of less than 5 days. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and will be changed once a week. A highchair will be provided free of charge upon prior request. Smoking inside the accommodation and pets are not allowed! Arrival and departure: Check in after 3 pm, check out until 10 am. The Spanish speaking owners are at your disposal for questions or wishes.
